NFL Season
So far this season has been a crazy one. With the Lions 5-2 and the Colts 0-7 this season is anything but normal. One team that surprises me the most is the San Francisco 49's. They are 5-1 right now. I didn't think that they would be a contender at all. My favorite team the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They are 4-3 right now after a close loss to the Chicago Bears. The Buccaneers have beat good teams like the Saints, and Falcons. As you can see this is a crazy football season. Also I will try to post as much as possible, or when I have time.

Conference Finals
Once again, Irish is wrong. He expected the Bulls win Game 2, and sweep the series with the Heat, but no. In Game 2, Lebron showed up, scoring much in the 4th quarter to finish up, with Udonis Haslem scoring 13 pts from bench (and Irish thinks the Heat doesn't have a bench). Game 3 was full of Chris Bosh and dominating with 34 pts. The reason the Bulls have been losing is that D-rose has been quiet. In the two losses, he scored 20 pts per game, plagued with sub par shooting. He needs to improve in order for the Bulls to win.
As for the Western Conference Finals, Dirk Nowitzki has been beast. His 4th quarter performances in all 3 games have been crazy. The only reason the Thunder won Game 3 was that they made big plays in the end to neutralize the Big German's plays. If the Mavs play like they are doing now, they'll win the series. The Thunder can win if Durant, Westbrook, and Harden all show up and play with dominance at the same. They need to work together, because you can't win by yourself. Just ask Kobe.

Dirk Nowitzki
In Dallas's game 1 against the Thunder they won 121-112. Dirk Nowitzki dominated the Thunder's defence. He ended up with 48 points and went 24 for 24 from the free throw line. Even though Durant scored 40 points the Mavericks still prevailed. Tonight is game two of the Eastern conference playoffs. The Heat will look to bounce back from that bad game one. If the Heat want to win they have to get Lebron, Wade, and Bosh going early. They also have to stop Derrick Rose from scoring. Lastly for the Bulls to win they need to stop Miamis big three, and keep controlling the rebounds. I think it will be a good game , but I also think the Bulls will go to Miami up 2-0.

Red Devil's Reign
Manchester United have now built on their already historic legacy. Just the other day, the the Red Devils have clinched their 19th Premeir League, most in the Premier. They also have reached the finals of the UEFA Champions League, as they play Barcelona on May 28th. I expect them to beat Barcelona. Yep, Man U is one of, if not the best team in the world.

The conference Finals have started
After the Thunder defeated the Grizzles the Conference Finals were set. While the West was still in the second round the Bulls and the Heat started there series. The game started good and in the second half of the game it got ugly. The Heat got outscored by 9 points in the third quarter. This has happened to the Heat before. In game three versus the Celtics this happened. But in the game against the Celtics they got outscored by 13 points. As you know the Heat ended up winning the series 4-1. The game really got ugly when the Heat got outscored by 12 points in the 4Th quarter. So this should be a good series when it goes back to Miami. Yes for once I actually think the Heat have a chance. In other news Doc Rivers signed a 5 year extension with the Celtics. I hope to see the Mavericks against the Bulls in the Finals. Next year the Celtics are going to make another run at it.

Get out your brooms...
My post today is about yesterday's Mavs-Lakers Game 4 match-up, with Mavs up 3-0. Let' start with the facts. Fact: Lakers are and have been a great team and franchise. Fact: Phil Jackson is one of the greatest coaches. Fact: Kobe is a legendary.
Fact: Mavs beat them by 36, 122-86. Mavs bench scored as much as the Lakers overall, 86. Mavs score 20 3-pointers, play-off record.
Opinion: What an embarrassment. i mean give me a break! If you won't try to comeback, then why the heck did you play at all? There was no point at all! They could of thrown in the towel and quit, saving themselves from the humiliation. They lacked everything: physicality (Artest, Laker's most physical man couldn't handle the smaller Barea), emotion (most Lakers showed no hustle, no will for a comeback) and intellect (Odom and Bynum got ejected for stupid moves). All there is for the Lakers now is the future, especially with the aging Gasol, Bryant and Jackson.

Lakers get swept
After a 6 point loss on Friday the Lakers pretty much just quit today. They lost by 36 points. The Lakers starters had 49 points compared to 86 points by Dallas's bench. Dallas's bench scored as much points as the whole Laker team. If you didn't know it was 122-86. This is probably an end to the Lakers regime. This has lasted since Phil Jackson came to L.A.
